Our university teaching workshops provide evidence-based guidance on designing courses and assessments. They give you the opportunity to reflect on your own teaching practice and develop your range of teaching methods in a focused way.

Registration and Cancellation
Eligibility
Our workshops are open to all teaching staff at universities and higher education institutions in Bavaria. Participants are required to provide current proof of their teaching role from their institution.
Registration and Cancellation
Lecturers at the UR can register directly via the G.R.I.P.S. learning platform (external link, opens in a new window) in the ZHW course area using their NDS account.
Lecturers from other universities or higher education institutions will need to create a user account before registering for the first time. To request an account, simply email zhw@ur.de (opens your email program).
Please note:
- Your registration is binding.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the course begins. To cancel, simply email zhw(at)ur.de. For cancellations received after this deadline, the full course fee will be charged.
Invoice
You will receive a personalised invoice with a unique invoice number by email no later than the day of the course. The email will also include the bank details you need to pay the course fee.
In many cases, your department or institution may cover the course fee. We recommend checking with your institution to find out whether funding is available.

AI in teaching
Teaching staff can make flexible use of supplementary self-study programmes on the KI-Campus (external link, opens in a new window). There you will find a wide range of courses, videos, podcasts and other multimedia content on various topics. Selected courses can be recognised towards the Certificate in University Teaching.
