including the following documents:
•    Curriculum Vitae with Photo (not applicable if request for extension)
•    Copy of Passport as evidence of nationality (not applicable if request for extension)
•    Copy of your current residence permit with period of validity
•    List of all previously completed courses and exams with grades (Confirmation of Examination Office or FlexNow-Printout)
•    List of all courses being taken in current semester (please use the attachment “course list”)
•    Matriculation Certificate
•    Bank statements of past three months, including blocked account (if applicable)
•    Reference from an instructor in the major subject (please use the attachment „Gutachten“, forward it to a teacher of yours and ask him/her to send the reference directly to the International Office until deadline
