Formulating learning objectives
Learning objectives describe the knowledge and skills students should have acquired by the end of a course or a degree programme. They spell out the competences to be reached at the end of the learning process. Those competences show in how successfully students can solve real or theoretical problems.
We are happy to support you personally in formulating competence-oriented learning objectives.

Designing modules
A coherent learning environment emerges when learning objectives, teaching and learning activities and assessments are consistently aligned with one another. This is often difficult and time-consuming precisely when – as in a module – several teachers are involved. In short design sprints following the ABC Learning Design method, the process of agreeing on all this can be completed in 90 minutes.
We are happy to organise and moderate such design sprints for your teaching team.

Evaluating teaching quality
Course evaluation is now a fixed part of teaching quality assurance at universities. As a rule, students are asked at the end of a semester to rate the course using standardised questionnaires. The problem with this: when it comes to teaching quality there is no one-size-fits-all. Teaching quality arises in the interaction between students and teachers.
With the Teaching Analysis Poll we offer an individual alternative to the standardised approach to course evaluation.
