Prof. Dr. Carsten Herresthal erstellt wissenschaftliche Rechtsgutachten im Bereich des gesamten Zivil- und Wirtschaftsrechts, einschließlich des Handels- und Gesellschaftsrechts sowie des Bank- und Kapitalmarktrechts.
Zudem ist er als Schiedsrichter tätig (u.a. nach DIS-Regeln, ICC-Regeln sowie ad-hoc). Er steht als Vorsitzender, Einzelschiedsrichter sowie parteibenannter Schiedsrichter in nationalen und internationalen Verfahren zur Verfügung.
