Our group seminar usually takes place Wednesday 10.00 the seminar room of the Botany (E4_2.301). The seminar is used for BSc / MSc thesis and internship talks, PhD status talks, guest presentations, and our journal club.
If you want to participate in the seminar, please sign up to our GRIPS (externer Link, öffnet neues Fenster), as meetings will not necessarily happen every Wednesday or may be shifted to another date or time. Seminar dates and topics are always announced via GRIPS. There, you can also find a list of past topics and other information about our lab.
For BSc / MSc students:
- BSc / MSc students are welcome to join this seminar. However, please note that this is a group seminar, so we are not necessarily meeting each week, we may also meet outside the semester, and the topics are not primarily designed for a student seminar. The rule for students is that for getting the credits, you should have attended at least 10 times and presented once (typically in our journal club).
- The seminar counts for all BSc Biology and MSc Biology modules that require a seminar, in particular the BSc thesis and MSc interships
- For all other study programmes and modules: please check in advance with your module / study coordinator if the seminar can be credited for your programme / module, and if so, please ask them to link the seminar in SPUR / Flexnow, so that we can credit attendance electronically.
