Agile methods in teaching
The CUAT advises and supports you in getting started with agile working. Agile methods let you respond flexibly and quickly to changing requirements and at the same time strengthen collaboration within the (teaching) team or with other institutions.
The advantages of agile working at a glance:
- Joint planning and prioritisation – all tasks and activities are agreed transparently within the team.
- Transparency and visibility – relevant information is accessible to everyone involved at all times.
- Continuous feedback – regular feedback allows timely adjustments and improvements.
- Direct communication – face-to-face conversations support a quick and clear exchange of information.
Agile ways of working can also be integrated very well into your teaching, especially in research projects and in courses where students shape their own learning process actively and independently.
You will find an introductory overview of agile methods in university teaching at www.lehrblick.de (external link, opens in a new window).
