Facts and figures on animal testing (Germany)
The University of Regensburg is a member of the "Transparent Animal Experiments Initiative (external link, opens in a new window)". The members of this initiative of "Understanding Animal Experiments (external link, opens in a new window)" and the Permanent Senate Commission on Animal Experimental Research (external link, opens in a new window) of the German Research Foundation (DFG), in cooperation with the Alliance of Science Organisations, are committed to the greatest possible openness with regard to the animal experiments carried out and strive for transparent communication.
