About the person (Antonia Thomas)
I studied primary school teaching at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg and completed a supplementary course in German as a Second Language. I have been working as a primary school teacher since 2022, specialising in German as a Second Language and the ‘Deutsch 240’ preparatory course. Alongside my teacher training, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in History and English and American Studies.
My research interests lie in the areas of multilingualism, early second language acquisition, language education in pre-school children, and educational transitions.
