Veranstaltung: Reception by the City Mayor for International Students and Researchers

We are pleased to announce that the Mayor of Regensburg, Dr. Thomas Burger, will be hosting a reception for new international students and researchers of the University of Regensburg at the Old Town Hall. 

This reception takes place once a year and is only relevant for students and researchers who started in the winter semester 2025/26 and in the summer semester 2026.

Invitations will be sent directly by the City of Regensburg. The International Office must provide the city with a list of all individuals who are to receive an invitation. Therefore, it is necessary that you pre-register for the event with the International Office. 

You are only fully registered once you register via the link in the email sent by the city! You will then receive a QR code, and only with this code will you have access to the event.

Important information: Please arrive on time (no later than 6:45 p.m.), as there may be wait times at the entrance check. 

No large bags, drinks, or food are allowed at the reception!
