Veranstaltung: How to Plan and Write a Competitive Research Grant Proposal

Content and aim
Guidance to be able to navigate the complexity of grant writing with confidence:

• Designing an eligible project
• Fulfilling the evaluation criteria
• Manageing the writing process
• Dealing with low success rates

 

Learning outcomes

• Identify funding opportunities for differenz research settings
• Navigate the evaluation process
• Design fundable research projects
• Structure and schedule the writing process
• Employ effective language and style

Establish a grant track record
You will receive pre-workshop activities to be completed individually at your own pace before the start of the workshop to prepare (allocate up to 3 hours in total).
There is also the option to have an individual consultating session with the trainer within the following days (not mandatory, up to 45 minutes per participant).

PostDocs, Tenure-Track Professors, Junior research group leaders 
with application experience
