Veranstaltung: Navigating your PhD – Managing roles, priorities and time

A doctorate is a long-term journey that requires you to navigate changing demands, shifting priorities, and multiple academic roles. As a researcher, you are likely familiar with balancing research, teaching, administration, and informal roles such as networking or mentoring. - How can you manage these competing demands without losing sight of your long-term goals?

In this workshop, you will reflect on your different academic roles, clarify your priorities, and explore practical strategies for making conscious decisions about where to invest your time and energy. Through coaching impulses and exchange with fellow researchers, you will develop a clearer sense of direction and define concrete next steps for navigating your doctorate with greater focus and confidence.

• identify long-term goals and current priorities, and make conscious decisions about where to invest your time and energy
