Dr. Gerhard Messmann

Dr. Gerhard Messmann ist akademischer Rat an der Fakultät für Humanwissenschaften der Universität Regensburg. Als Dozent im Bachelor- und Masterstudiengang Erziehungswissenschaft bietet er Lehrveranstaltungen zu Themen wie Lern- und Motivationstheorien oder der Analyse und Entwicklung von Lernumgebungen an. In seiner Forschung beschäftigt er sich mit verschiedenen Aspekten arbeitsbezogener Proaktivität wie beispielsweise innovativem Arbeitsverhalten, informellem Lernen oder der Reflexion in der Arbeit. Seine Arbeiten wurden in internationalen Fachzeitschriften wie Vocations and Learning, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Development Quarterly und Computers & Security veröffentlicht.
