CoMeNT.UR

The CoMeNT.UR programme offers a wide range of individual personnel development measures for female academics on the qualification path at the University of Regensburg.

The mentoring - coaching - networking and training modules are designed to support female academics in early career phases on their way to a leading position in academia or other professional fields.

The measures can be used independently of each other. The mentoring module has been offered in English since 2025.
