Male Allies: With men towards equality

We are convinced that equality can only be achieved with the active participation of men. That's why we launched the "Male Allies" event series in the summer semester of 2025. Male Allies (/meɪl ælaɪz/) are men who are actively committed to equality - both at work and in everyday life. They recognise their privileges, reflect on their role and use their influence to reduce inequalities and support discriminated groups. On this page you will find interviews with the Male Allies of the UR as well as information on training courses and lectures on this topic.
