Menopause and menstrual health

Hormonal health has so far received little attention, particularly in everyday university life. Its effects on well-being and performance are often overlooked and regarded as a purely private matter, even though they can have a noticeable impact on the reality of work and study. Together with OTH Regensburg, we have launched a series of events to take menstruation and menopause out of the taboo zone, impart knowledge and raise public awareness of these topics. At the same time, we want to contribute to an inclusive and supportive study and work environment.
