Erasmus+

The Erasmus+ programme is one of the EU's greatest success stories. It has been promoting the cross-border mobility of students, teachers and academic support staff in Europe since 1987.
PROMOS

As part of PROMOS (Programme to Increase Student Mobility), UR students have the opportunity to apply directly to the International Office for financial support, especially for stays outside Europe.
DAAD Eastern Partnerships Programme

The aim of the DAAD's Eastern Partnership Programme is to promote partnerships between German universities and universities in Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe and the CIS countries.
DAAD project funding (external link, opens in a new window)

The German Academic Exchange Service regularly calls for proposals for project funding programs that cover the internationalization of studies and teaching as well as the internationalization of research and doctoral training. The regular call dates are the beginning of April, mid-June and the beginning of October.

Strategic Partnership Seed Fund

To support the initiation and implementation of cooperation formats in the framework of the University of Regensburg's strategic partnerships, the university set up the UR Strategic Partnership Seed Fund in June 2024.
